At PPCIS, we can carry out a full Plot Assessment involving all the relevant authorities to ensure that what you believe you are acquiring you are actually getting.

Additionally, through our network of associations, we can arrange all necessary geotechnical and land surveys.

Through Fast Track Developments, we can provide you with that villa of your dreams in the Sotogrande area. Whether you have located a site or not, we will take the total process on board.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Depending on where your property is located, we can manage it on your behalf.
This is a standard service offered by many agents, but we believe that our professional approach which is delivered with integrity and commitment stand us out against the majority.

TIMBER KIT SUPPLY

We at PPCIS are in the fortunate position of being agents for the supply of Timber Kits, complying to the strict regime of British Building Controls...
Timber kit construction is still relatively new in Spain. The traditional and local construction processes are not experienced in timber kit construction. We at PPCIS have sourced British trained craftsmen operating in Spain who are greatly experienced in this form of construction.

The advantages of timber kit construction are:

  Quality control in a factory controlled environment.
  High insulation values, against both hot and cold.

SYNTHETIC GRASS

We at PPCIS are further fortunate in being the agents for the supply of synthetic grass.
We appreciate that the majority of property owners do not live permanently here in their residence.
Therefore, they do have to rely on outsourced gardeners. The level of service quality can be very mixed, to say the least. Additionally, water is a relatively scarce commodity and does have to be paid for.
Another advantage of synthetic grass is that as there is an underlay, this assists in reducing the influx of ants.
