In short you do your homework. Then you look and see what is available, you look at what you can afford, then you narrow your choice down to those you wish to view.

Depending on what you are looking for, how tight a brief we can compile from the form and what is available, we will then forward a number of choices. This initial search will come with our standard report and recommendations as to which if any should be seriously considered.
